- Co-counsel for the National Union of Hotel, Bar & Restaurant Workers (NUHBRW) at the Federal Court against a premier hotel & hotel associations in a landmark case which decided that hotels cannot use service to pay the minimum wages of workers
- Co-counsel for the President of the National Union of Flight Attendants Malaysia (NUFAM) at the Federal Court against Malaysia Airlines System Berhad in a claim of victimization against an employee for participation in trade union activities
- Lead counsel for a local private university at the Industrial Court against a former employee in a claim for unfair dismissal
- Lead counsel for a Marketing Manager at the Industrial Court against the subsidiary of an American-Swiss eye-care company in a claim for unfair dismissal
