  • Acted for the Selangor State Government in a monumental 2-year battle against the Election Commission & Prime Minister in challenging the re-delineation of 22 parliamentary seats and 56 state seats in the state of Selangor on grounds of malapportionment & gerrymandering
  • Advised & acted for Undi18 in its successful litigation to compel the Prime Minister to gazette a constitutional amendment to confer 1.2 million youths between the ages of 18-20 the right to vote by December 2021

  • Acted for the National Union of Hotel, Bar & Restaurant Workers (NUHBRW) at the Federal Court against a premier hotel & hotel associations in a landmark case which decided that hotels cannot use service charge to pay the minimum wages of workers, benefitting tens of thousands of hotel workers who are entitled to be paid back the service charge deprived from their take-home pay (Crystal Crown Hotel & Resort Sdn Bhd v Kesatuan Kebangsaan Pekerja-Pekerja Hotel, Bar & Restoran Semenanjung Malaysia [2021] 3 MLJ 466).
  • Acted for a union leader against the national airline at the Federal Court, which developed protections from dismissal on grounds of misconduct for workers engaged in trade union activities (Ismail Nasaruddin bin Abdul Wahab v Malaysian Airline System Berhad [2022] 6 MLJ 414)
  • Acted for a Taiwan-based electronic manufacturing company at the Industrial Court in a retrenchment dispute
